Visit Amazon.com; you can pay $14.99 (plus shipping) to buy the physical album or you can pay only $9.99 to download the entire album in MP3 format. This is an extra $5! It is because you are paying someone to burn the business leads on a disc, you are paying someone to design the cover, and you are paying for the CD. Save yourself money and don't buy business leads on a disc. If you have your heart set on getting them on a CD, burn it yourself.

You can hire a professional to find leads for you, which they can email to you. You can search the internet manually looking for your targeted market yourself. Or, you can download and use a desktop leads finding application that enables you to search thousands of websites at once. Most of these programs have a saved feature, meaning you can still burn that information onto a CD if your heart is truly set on it.
